Networking After Hours

Connect with fellow members monthly at rotating host businesses for relaxed networking, collaboration, and building stronger professional relationships together.

Rotating host business (Chamber member)

Once per month on a Tuesday or Thursday from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Free for Chamber members; non-members by invitation only

All attendees must RSVP on the Chamber website.

Signups close the Friday before each event to allow the host business to prepare appropriately.

About Networking After Hours
The Chamber’s Networking After Hours events are a relaxed, come-as-you-are opportunity for members to connect, collaborate, and build stronger business relationships.

Hosted once a month by one of our Chamber member businesses, these evening gatherings rotate to different locations — giving each host a chance to showcase their company, products, and services while welcoming fellow professionals for an evening of networking and community.

What The Host Provides
Venue: A clean, welcoming space large enough for 25–75 guests to mingle comfortably.

Refreshments: Light hors d’oeuvres and beverages (beer, wine, or non-alcoholic options).

Staff Presence: Have a few team members on-hand to greet guests, give tours, and represent your company culture.

Raffle or Giveaway (Optional): Door prizes or small giveaways are a fun way to encourage participation.

Display Materials: Company brochures, business cards, promotional displays, or branded swag.

Parking: Ensure ample parking or communicate overflow options ahead of time.

Typical Event Flow

5:00 – 5:15 PM

Arrival & Check-In

Guests arrive, check in, grab a drink and mingle.

5:15 – 6:15 PM

Open Networking

Light conversation, refreshments, tours, and photos.

6:15 – 6:30 PM

Welcome & Remarks

Brief welcome from the Chamber and the hosting business — 2-3 minute remarks about your company, products, and community involvement.

6:30 – 6:45 PM

Networking & Prizes

Continued networking and door prize drawings (if applicable).

6:45 – 7:00 PM

Wrap-Up & Follow-Up

Event wraps up. Chamber posts thank-you photo and tag recap online.

Please note: RSVPs are not required, and registration closes the Friday before each event.

Walk-ins may not be guaranteed entry depending on capacity.
