Composition of Board
Any member or employee of a member may apply to be on The Board of Directors. The Board shall be composed of a minimum of 9, and not more than 15, voting investors to be elected annually to serve for one (1) year, with the option to renew each year to a maximum of four (4) years, or until their successors are elected and have qualified. The CEO/Director shall serve as a non-voting member of the Board.
Becca is the Admissions Coordinator at Altercare Louisville as has been a resident of the Louisville Community for the past 15 years. She currently serves on the board for the Louisville Area YMCA as well as the Chamber board. Her passion for helping people is proven by having worked in long term care for 17 years. She's an Alumni of Malvern High School and Kent State University. Her many talents include being able to play the clarinet, flute, trumpet, saxophone, drums and has performed on stage with the Canton Players Guild.
Casey Ellington, of Louisville, has been named the new Executive Director of the Louisville Area Chamber of Commerce. She is married to Charlie and the mother of 3, Coy 5, Bellamy 3, and Quincy 2 months. Casey has a very diverse background in banking, sales, and agriculture. She currently is the Sales and Marketing Representative for Ellington Farms along with her leadership responsibilities with Ohio Young Ag Professionals and the Stark County Fair. Casey is a graduate of the 2018 Stark County Spotlight Leadership program, which focuses on improving the economic development of Stark County.
In the mid-1980’s, Beth Campbell began her real estate career but left the business after approximately two years to raise her children and work hand-in-hand with husband Terry in C&C Custom Carpets as finance and retail showroom manager and carpet binder.
In 1999, Beth decided to go back into the real estate business and in 2000 began taking classes towards her degree in preparation for sitting for her Ohio Real Estate Broker’s License. In 2002 she finished her degree and became a licensed broker. During this long process, Beth and Terry were also taking care of Beth’s elderly father in their home during the last years of his life. He passed away before she could realize the dream of being the first in her family to obtain a college degree and promised him that she would someday own her own real estate company with the vision to help others live the American dream of homeownership.
Beth is a member of the Stark county network of women's council of Realtors she was named entrepreneur of the year in 2007 and was awarded the member of the year in 2014. She has served as the President in 2009 and will also be serving again in 2019. In 2003 she was recognized by the Ohio Senate for being named as an alumnus of the year by Hondros College. Her company Another Listing, LLC has also been awarded the best of the best by Canton Repository's readers 8 years in a row.
Joyce Hudnell recently rejoined the Louisville Area Chamber of Commerce as a representative of the Louisville Constitution Committee. A graduate of Louisville High School she has resided in Louisville for over 50 years. Joyce is the mother of two sons, both graduates of Louisville, and grandmother of four. She has been a member of the Constitution Committee since 2010 and has served as President, Secretary, and Treasurer. She is a member of Paradise United Church of Christ where she sings in the choir and plays bells. She is also a member of the Louisville Community Choir and the Washington Ruritan Club. In her spare time, she loves to read, do crossword puzzles, and camp.
Michele resides in Louisville and has been employed with Louisville City Schools for 35 years. she has served the district as a special education teacher, principal and currently is the superintendent for the district.

Jacob Riley is currently the Membership Director at the Louisville Area YMCA and has been serving the Louisville Area for over 4 years. Giving people the opportunity to become their best selves is one of his greatest passions, and through the Y, he is able to do this for our community. Jacob and his wife, Shelby, live just outside Louisville in Canton. In their free time, they enjoy spending time outdoors and travelling to new places.
Darla Walters is a Financial Solutions Specialist at First Commonwealth Bank and she works with our community to improve their financial life. She has been at First Commonwealth Bank (formally FirstMerit Bank) for over 32 years and has helped many residents in the area with solutions to their financial needs. Darla was born and raised in Louisville and is a graduate of Louisville High School. Darla has been married to her husband for 40 years and has two sons that are also graduates of Louisville High School. Both her sons currently reside in Louisville with their families which include her 6 grandchildren. Darla is dedicated to the success of Louisville and volunteers her time at many different organizations in the community.
Patricia Fallot best known for being the Mayor of Louisville since 2010 graduated from Malvern High School. She retired from Stark County Auditor’s Office and a graduate of Leadership Stark County Government. She is very active in her church, Paradise United Church of Christ in Louisville, and is the Music Director. Being an involved community leader, she is a Member of Stark County Regional Planning Commission, Constitution Committee, and Washington Ruritan Club. As a friendly face for your children she is also a substitute bus driver for Louisville City & Osnaburg Local Schools.
Tina Horn is a Branch Manager at Keybank. She has been with Keybank for 18 years. Tina is passionate about helping small business owners in our community thrive. She was born and raised in Louisville and is a 1993 graduate. She and her husband, Randy have been married for 21 years and have 2 girls. Tina has sat on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce for over 3 years.
Dave is the owner of StandOut Design & Marketing. He has over 20 years of experience in graphic design, print, & marketing businesses of all shapes and sizes. You are viewing some of his work now, as StandOut Design built this website and heads all of the Louisville Chambers marketing efforts. As a resident of Louisville since early childhood he is passionate about helping our area businesses succeed!
Brock is the Library Director at the Louisville Public Library. He is a graduate of Carrollton High School, Muskingum University and Kent State University. Brock is married to Lindsey Hutchison and they have one son, Luke.
Brock holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science and a Commercial Driver's License. His background is working in libraries and he came to Louisville after working for the Stark County District Library and the Licking County Library in Newark, Ohio.
He is also a member of the Louisville Rotary Club.
Wendell Doak is a Financial Solutions Center Manager AVP at First Commonwealth Bank. He joined First Commonwealth Bank in January 2020. Wendell has 20 plus years of experience managing business relationships in the banking/financial industry. Wendell and his wife Tommie have a large blended family with 9 kids and 8 grandchildren (5 Daughters & 4 sons = 5 Granddaughters & 3 Grandsons). Wendell believes strongly in First Commonwealths Mission “To improve the financial lives of our neighbors and their businesses” and is very excited about being part of the Louisville Community
John Taggart is the owner of Straggat Media which specializes in videography and photography. John is a Lifelong resident and graduate of the city of Louisville. He has been a coach for the Louisville Little Leopard program for the past 8 years. John is a big supporter of the community and recently has been involved with Umbrella Alley uptown. He continues to be highly involved with the city of Louisville, helping businesses and the residents of the community prosper.
Damian is a small business operator and owner. He is a US Army veteran. Damian resides in Louisville with his wife, Nikki, and their son Abram. Traveling with his family is what Damian likes to do in his downtime. Damian has an extensive background in business, mechanics and maintenance. He hopes his knowledge in business and hands on trades can help the Louisville community thrive.
