2021 Light Up Louisville

Join us for our Downtown Louisville Community our hometown holiday celebration event for all ages. 

The Louisville Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that “Light Up Louisville!” will take place Sunday December 5th from 3-6pm. The events will include the businesses and organizations along Main St. from Paradise Church at 512 E. Main to the corner of  RTE 153 and RTE 44, with a special stop at our new business, Jack & Wylie’s, located at 5872 Ravenna Ave NE, Louisville. We will once again feature the popular Passport Program, for those 18 & under,  for a chance to win Kalahari Park Tickets sponsored by St. Joseph Care Center. The drawing for the Passport Prize will be just prior to the lighting of the tree, so get those Passports signed and back to the Chamber table by 5:30pm. We will have performances from local organizations and local vendors set up along the street from 3-5:30 p.m.

Main Street will be closed from Chapel St. (Rte.44) to Paradise Church on E. Main St. Santa & Mrs Claus will be at Paradise Church from 3-5:30 p.m. Town and Country Garden Club will have a wreath craft. Constitution Queen & Court will be there to adorn your precious faces for the festivities.  At 5:45p.m. Santa, will lead the “parade”, including the Louisville High School Marching Band, headed down Main Street from Paradise Church to the Green Space for the lighting the Community Christmas tree at 6:00 p.m.
