Ellington Farms is a small family farm raising Beef, Pork & Chicken and selling directly to members of their community. The animals are raised and cared for by the Ellington Family, Charlie is a Ruminant Nutritional Consultant that specializes in feeding Beef Cattle. The Ellington's are a Beef Quality Assurance farm.
