Composition of Board

Any member or employee of a member may apply to be on The Board of Directors. The Board shall be composed of a minimum of 9, and not more than 15, voting investors to be elected annually to serve for one (1) year, with the option to renew each year to a maximum of four (4) years, or until their successors are elected and have qualified. The CEO/Director shall serve as a non-voting member of the Board.
